Required elements of the dossier are: cover letter, CV, teaching statement, dissertation abstract, teaching evaluations, research statement, contact information for at least 3 and up to 5 letters of reference, syllabi, and writing sample. Optional elements are an additional writing sample, which may be a publication. All required elements of the dossier must be submitted to the University's Academic Careers website, https://academiccareers.uchicago.edu, posting #02313. Letters of reference are not required at this stage of the application process.
