Microsoft has updated its Bing Translator for Windows Phone with several offline features. Two of the most interesting features of the app are that it now allows users to point their cameras at what would for them be otherwise unintelligible text and then view a proper translation that is seen as an overlay on the photograph. In addition, Bing Translate allows users to speak words and phrases into their phone, which are then audibly transcribed into a foreign language of choice.
