Tiesa M. Graf, president of the Massachusetts Foreign Language Association, writes that it is time for the state to recommit to its pledge to have all students learning foreign languages with great proficiency. There needs to be more access to foreign language education in kindergarten through the 12th grade and beyond, Graf writes.
