The Department of Germanic and Slavic Languages and Literatures at the University of Colorado seeks a full-time lecturer of German. One-year, non-tenure track position, starting August 15, 2014. ABD or PhD to teach literature and culture (1750 to present) and language. Strong generalist background preferred. Native or near-native proficiency in German required. Teach four courses per year over two semesters. Literature and culture courses range from German major seminars taught in German to large lecture courses taught in English.
